Hello All! Due to conflict of scheduling ... We have changed our "Anniversary Celebration" to May 9th, 2009. We will be open from 8am-6pm. All are WELCOME! Again, we will be showing off our new products, have some great door prizes, and refreshments to celebrate! Sorry for the last minute notice ... but to tell the truth some of the fabulous products that I want to show off will not arrive by this weekend (May 2nd) so that is another reason for the postponement. No point in trying to show off products from a catalog (I personally hate shopping this way unless I already know what it is). I hope you all received my news flyer and tore into the envelope with great excitement .... lol! Well, summer is just around the corner and we have lots more in store. Don't forget that we will be running our "POP ART" special in June. More details to come soon. How? Take a photo of your NFL collection or you with your NFL collection or you in your NFL collection (you get the picture … be creative). Next, submit a 5x7 photo along with your name, address, phone number, and a $10 entry fee to us. The entry fee proceeds will be donated to Pet Helpers, Inc. (you know them … the are the ones who rescues pets). The photos will be judged and the most creative photo that proves you are a die-hard NFL Fan will WIN! Win what? Dog Days of Summer a Success |

Hello All,
Thanks to all who participated in our first annual "Dog Days of Summer" fundraiser and pet food drive for our local animal shelter. We raised 200 lbs. of pet food! Not bad considering when I scheduled the event I didn't realize we had 3 other local events going on.
I want to give a special thanks to my team: Christy Summers and Daniel Crandall. Without them the day would not have gone as smooth. I would also like to thank my family for their support. I hope that next year's event will be even bigger. I plan to start holding the event for the following years on the first Saturday in August. I hope this will help with the scheduling conflict we had this year.
I dropped the pet food off today at the Marion County Humane Society. They were thrilled and appreciated the donations. There is no state funding to help them along so they need all the help they can get.

Hello All!
Brachrista Studio is located in Fairmont, West Virginia. We are a photography and graphic studio. Unlike most professional studios we welcome walk-ins and offer fresh ideas to our customers continuously.
This Saturday (July 26, 2008) we will be hosting our first annual "Dog Days of Summer" fundraiser and pet food drive for our local animal shelter. The community has been such a big help in spreading the word about the event. On that day we will be photographing pets and giving away 5x7 pet portrait photos with the donation of at least a 5 lbs. bag of dog food per dog (we will also be collecting cat food as well).
We already have had several people call and schedule their pet portraits but we are welcoming walk-ins as the event is running 9am-9pm. We will have two photographers photographing that day to keep the wait time down to a minimum. We will also have dog treats and water on hand to keep our furry friends comfortable.
It's going to be great!!!
